"A good shortcut when I want something less basic"
I like browsing fab.com because my brain does this quick little filter thing where if something looks like I’ve seen it in five other stores, I’m out. A lot of the designs here actually pass that test. I’ve found some cool home pieces that feel more unique without being wildly expensive. It’s a fun site to scroll when I want something that doesn’t feel boring or copied from everywhere else

"Honestly, really happy with the quality"
I ordered a few little home bits from Fab, i was surprised by how nice everything was. Nothing felt cheap, the finish looked good, and it all matched the photos really well. I’ve been using the stuff for a couple of weeks now, and, so far, no complaints at all. I’d definitely order again

It showed up packed really well, which I appreciate. It just feels like the right way to treat customers when they’ve spent their money on something.

"Pretty happy with my Fab.com order"
I ordered a couple of things from Fab.com recently, i was happy with how it turned out. The prices seemed reasonable to me, and the quality was actually a little better than I expected for what I paid. The only downside was that shipping took a bit longer than I would’ve liked, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. I’d probably order from them again.

"Delivery was really hit or miss"
I ordered from fab.com and the item itself was totally fine, but the delivery part was annoying. The tracking barely updated, so I had no real idea where the package was, and it ended up showing up later than the date they originally gave me.

Customer support did get back to me, which I appreciated, but their response was kind of vague and didn’t help much. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience, but I definitely wouldn’t order again if I needed something to arrive on time

"Checkout was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I tried to place an order, but the payment kept failing over and over, so I eventually just gave up. Maybe it was just my experience, but when checkout doesn’t work like that, it makes the whole site feel unreliable...

"Showed up way sooner than I thought"
I ordered something from fab.com last week and expected it to take at least a week, maybe longer. It ended up showing up in just a couple days, which was a nice surprise because I was literally checking the tracking while drinking my morning coffee. The box was in good shape and everything inside was packed properly, no weird damage or anything. Happy with the whole thing and I’d definitely order from them again.

"At least they got the order right"
My order showed up with everything I actually ordered, so that was a relief. No missing items, no random substitutions, and everything matched the pictures and the receipt. It’s kind of annoying that this feels worth mentioning these days, but credit where it’s due.

"Tracking basically told me nothing"
The order itself was fine, but the tracking was useless. It stayed on the same status for days, so I had no idea when it was actually going to show up. I kept checking it like a weirdo every few hours, and I remember one random detail was that it still said “label created” after I’d already gotten an email acting like it was moving. Not a huge disaster, just really annoying

"Exactly what I was hoping for"
I kind of ordered this on a whim from fab.com, i’m glad I did. It showed up looking just like the description said it would, size, color, little details, everything was spot on. No weird surprises or disappointment when I opened it. Happy with it and I’d definitely shop there again

Had a small issue with my order i was a bit suspicious it was going to turn into a whole back-and-forth mess. But they replied fast and fixed it without making it a big deal.

I found what I needed quickly, and the site didn’t have any confusing menus or extra steps. From the way it’s laid out, I’m guessing they really tried to keep things simple for people just trying to get in and get things done.

"Return was fine, refund took maybe a week or so"
The return process was straightforward overall. I sent it back without much trouble, but the refund took a bit longer than I expected, maybe around a week or so. Not a huge deal, just a little slow
